do HoD items still drop? if they do where is the best place to get them?

HoD stands for the Henge of Denravi, a town in the Maguuma Jungle.

They are called the HoD items because they used to be craftable in that town before the Sorrows Furnace update. Since then, they are no longer craftable and, as a result, are not "dropping" anywhere.
